Tour

  • Schedule a tour through our website or by calling the office at (503) 641-4600
  • See our school in person and meet the principal
  • Ask all your questions!
  • Pick up an info packet, which includes information about all our programs, the tuition rates, and our enrollment application
  • For Montessori students: Schedule a classroom observation
  • For 1st-8th grade students: Schedule a time to shadow the class

  • Acceptance Letter: Sign & return to ASA
  • Tuition Agreement: Sign & return to ASA
  • Policy Handbook: Review & keep for your reference
  • Handbook Agreement Forms: Sign & return to ASA
  • Brightwheel Account: Set up using the unique code included with your acceptance letter
  • Billing Plan: Access through Brightwheel (payments can be made by credit card, check, or cash)
  • Uniforms: Purchase through Lands’ End (school ID: 900099045), French Toast, or visit our uniform exchange closet at school!
